Ben went out on Tongue Point while the boys and I threw rocks.

Ben smoked a brisket.  He cooks it all night long.  So he sleeps on the couch and wakes every so often to add lump charcoal.  This brisket he smoked WITHOUT trimming it.

Bonus * Leaving the fat on makes the brisket so very juicy.  Ben said that it was the most moist brisket that he has ever had.  Lace like meat.  PERFECT!

Joe on the other hand decided to feed Nemo breakfast.  Bananas, a spoon, a washcloth, a quarter and a penny.  DO you see Nemo?

My pole beans are FINALLY coming up but the basil seeds have yet to show color.   


 We have been eating salad every other day. I guess that is a good thing.

Ben's old needed to be replaced.  The fiberglass was "bubbling".  For fiberglass to "bubble " it has to get VERY hot.  This is Ben's new hat; that on his first set back got torched in a fire. My ability to measure snow is now GONE.GONE,GONE.  The people before us built this deck. These are known as the "Baldy Chutes".  The four of us did this  in preparation for Gannett Peak, WY.

After Thanksgiving dinner Amy took the boys to her house and I went with my parents to set up for a Boutique in Logan. But, here are a few "cute boy" pictures from this month.  Joe set his cup down and some splashed onto his forehead.  That is why he is looking the way he is.  Max got markers for his birthday, so the boys have been coloring non stop.
